At AccessoEdit, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across India.
1. AccessoEdit delivers PAN-India. The Customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including House No., Street, Landmark, and PIN). AccessoEdit assumes no liability for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
2. Any penalties or additional fees levied by courier partners due to address/PIN mismatches shall be borne entirely by the Customer. If an order is returned due to address errors, the Customer must pay all re-shipping costs before a second attempt is made. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be issued for shipments lost or misplaced due to incorrect address data.
3. Deliveries to Schools, Colleges, and Hostels are made at the Customer’s sole risk. If a package is refused by the institution or warden, AccessoEdit is not liable to provide a refund or credit.
4. Timelines & Dispatch
Dispatch: Usually within 2–3 working days.
Transit: Typically 7–10 working days post-dispatch.

5. Tracking details are provided via email post-dispatch. Once handed over to the courier partner, AccessoEdit is not responsible for their operational delays or service lapses.
